Contract for construction of the IV stage of the Rezydencja Park complex signed.

Due to great interest from customers the construction of the 4th building starts before the 3rd has been finished.

This week, contract for construction of the last stage of Rezydencja Park was signed. The general contractor is Building  Company KUNCER from Koszalin. Funding has been provided by Bałtycki Bank Spółdzielczy. We are now opening waiting list to buy last apartments in the complex.

Forth building, just like the previous stages, will have very private character with 12 fully furnished apartments. Project was created by Mellon Architekci from Szczecin it is located approximately 200 m from the sea and only 50 meters from the lake Jamno.

The implementation of the fourth stage will begin in mid-May 2014 and be completed in the Spring of 2015.
