Green light for Dune Resort – Firmus will build in Mielno apartments for 160 million pln

Firmus has just received permission to build another two apartment buildings in Mielno. This will lead to Dune Resort complex with 325 luxury apartments to holiday.

The total building area of Dune Resort will be 33,000 square meters. In addition to the 325 holiday apartments and 339 private parking spaces in the underground garage hall the complex will consist of restaurants and commercial areas, swimming pools – outdoor and indoor, fitness area together with spa resort. Cost of the investment is about 160 million. The date of commencement of construction work is not established yet. It will be announced in the first half of next year.
