Firmus Group starts the sale of the second phase of the Rezydencja Park Rodzinna project

Nearly 35% apartments were already reserved in the first week after the announcement of presale.

The prices of apartments range from PLN 8,500/sq.m. to PLN 10,500/sq.m. The general contractor – Kuncer construction company – expects to complete the project at the end of May 2017. Project financing was provided once again by PKO BP.
