On 8 March 2017, Dune Restaurant in Mielno signed an agreement on cooperation by and between the Municipality of Koszalin, represented by Mr Szymon Konefał, the Headmaster of Nicolaus Copernicus Complex of Schools No. 1 in Koszalin and Dune Services Sp. z o.o. owned by the Firmus Group, represented by the President of the Management Board – Stein Christian Knutsen.

Under the agreement, Dune Restaurant Cafe Lounge will take the patronage, in the school year 2017/2018, over the first grade students of the Vocational Training School which trains in the profession of a cook.
The cooperation aims to broaden the educational offer of School Complex No. 1 to include the knowledge and practical skills in catering and cooking, so that the graduates could continue their education or find their first job in their profession.

The internship will be held under the watchful eye of chef Sebastian Zeger.

This is the 17th agreement signed with the cooperation of the Office of the President’s Plenipotentiary for Investors and Employment between Koszalin upper secondary schools and entrepreneurs, organisations and institutions operating in the local market.
