Dune Restaurant – vacation premiere in Mielno

Construction works are close to finish, process of hiring staff has began and last dishes in the menu are being accepted. Preparations for creating DUNE Restaurant Café & Lounge, new spot on the gastronomic map of the coast, are on its way to completion.

Interior will be very elegant and bright, the design is based on using different shades of white. For this reason many wooden elements referring to bleached oak will be used. The  architect – Marek Sietnicki, owner of Studio SAS, explains that the idea is to see the structure of the wood on a smooth surface. It is like a thrown plank ashore by the sea – polished and bleach by the sand. It captures the climate of the seaside spot, where the restaurant is being created.

Finishing works made by Koszalin’s company KUNCER are coming to an end. Now is the time to install equipment. Kitchen appliances are supplied by reputable GORT company. The same company that equips kitchens in hotels such as Sheraton.

Official inauguration of the restaurant is planned for the middle of June.
