On Saturday July 14 this year, the eighth edition of the Trio Basket street basketball tournament took place in the Sport Valley. The Firmus Group is the strategic sponsor of the event almost from the very beginning.

In addition to the sports and music events, a number of attractions were planned for young and old. In front of the audience, a painting work was created by Tomasz Żuk aka Cukin.

Firmus Group promoted security by training in first aid and by inviting visitors to the road safety zone. Everyone could have a break in the zone of relaxation and rest that was once again prepared.

 

 

16 teams took part in the tournament, including top Polish teams, Polish youth teams and the women’s national team of Norway.

Of all the games played, the most attention was drawn to the friendly match which was eventually won by the Norwegian.

In spite of the windy weather, the fans were as usual in great attendance.

“Odjazdowa  Sztuka Koszalińska” [Cool Koszalin Art] received the Golden Wolf award in the „Culture” category as the  best cultural project in Poland.

The initiative also received the Silver Wolf award as the best youth project in the West Pomeranian Province. We are pleased that, as Firmus Group, we had our modest share in this venture.

 

 

On June 22-24, beach ball will dominate the main beach in Mielno. Once again, the PGNiG Summer Super League will take place at the seaside.

On Friday, the youth teams will compete. The meeting planned for 12.00 noon on Saturday, in which the Champions of Europe will play against the Vice-Champions, is expected to be a hit.

Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. is the strategic sponsor of the PGNiG Summer Super League 2018 series. The Firmus Group is the sponsor of the tournament in Mielno. Wirtualna Polska and Radio Eska are the media partners of the event.

 

Last Sunday (3 June), Poland’s women’s handball team won promotion to this year’s European Championships at the Sports and Performance Hall.

We are proud that we could experience these special moments together with the fans.

We are finishing the last training in this edition of the campaign – we visited 13 outlets, and trained nearly 500 Young Lifesavers.

We believe that the knowledge that our instructors shared with the children and the Young Lifesaver set will give them a sense of security.

The official opening of the complex took place last Saturday, 26 May this year. It was a joint celebration for the investor and all those who bought holiday apartments. Among the distinguished guests was, for example, Olav Myklebust, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Republic of Poland.

DUNE Resort is a new dimension of luxury on the Coast, which consists of a total of 330 apartments, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, an exclusive fitness room and restaurants. A week ago, a private buyer paid 6.5 million for two connected apartments with a total area of 200 square meters.

The transaction worth 6.5 million PLN concerns two luxurious suites with the total area of 200 sq. m, bought by a private investor in the DUNE Resort complex situated right at the beach and the promenade in Mielno.

That is new record at the seaside, however not the first equally valuable sales in that project. Earlier, another buyer purchased a penthouse for close to 5 million PLN. The details of both transactions remain secret at the request of both buyers.

 

 

 

It is not the first time that Firmus enters local educational institutions to promote security. Once again, instructors of the Academy will visit schools in order to train young people, before the holidays, how to properly act in an emergency situation and administer aid to the victim. Some difficult issues will be tackled, from dressing wounds through assisting an unconscious person to resuscitation.

Last year’s campaign was very popular – we visited 7 institutions – and trained nearly 300 kids.

Rezydencja Park Orła i Kopernika (Park Orła and Kopernika Residence) – 70% of new apartments sold out in less than three weeks

The Park Orła and Kopernika Residence is an extension of the existing complex of buildings of Rezydencja Park (Park Residence) and Rezydencja Park Rodzinna (Park Rodzinna Residence), located close to the sea front and the sandy beach. As part of the Warzecha Studio project, there will be constructed two three-storey buildings. In each of the buildings, there will be 12 modern apartments designed for comfort. All of them will consist of a living room with partial kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. In addition, the flats will be provided with roofed balconies, and the ground floor premises will have private green areas.

Despite the fact that the official sales was launched in February, over 70% of developer agreements have already been concluded. The general contractor of the investment project is the construction company KERD Sp. z o.o., which intends to complete both buildings later this year. Just like in case of the other buildings in the complex, the funding was provided by PKO BP.
