He has been working with Firmus Group for years. Designed luxury apartmenthouse Dune in Mielno, a combination of modern architecture in its purest form and the natural surroundings of real dunes. He is the architect of Rezydencja Park, inspired by traditional timber-framing houses bringing memories of old Mielno. Created visual concept of Beach City on Jamno spit.

“We put a great effort to make maximum use of the landscape, which translates directly into designing a great number of apartments with sea view. At the same time we wanted to type into a romantic dynamic character of the beach and dunes- pouring sand, foamy sea, pine trees tilt by the wind…”

This is how Marek Sietnicki describes demanding task of designing luxury apartmenthouse Dune in Mielno. Three years took the process of transforming design into reality. Dune in Mielno had its Grand Opening on June 2013.

Construction of Rezydencja Park III reached another level

Construction is proceeding very quickly. KUNCER – our General Constructor is putting great deal of effort for our clients to enjoy their apartments in the summer of 2014. We plan to close the structure of the building by the end of this year.

This is the third stage of Rezydencja Park complex in Mielno. Every building consists of 12 apartments with size range from 38 to 54 m2, each with terrace and private parking place within the promises.

Third stage of Rezydencja Park is under construction

The project which is located between the streets of Kopernika and Orła Białego in Mielno is currently being built by the general contractor Kuncer Sp. Z o.o.

Apartment by Maciej Zień – increased to almost 300 meters.

Previously penthouse designed by Maciej Zień had over 180 meters. But already in faze of design, the idea for the luxury space has changed.

The designer was confronted with a dilemma; How to provide the sufficient space and functions for the most sophisticated buyer while at the same time not lose the uniqueness of the open space and the spectacular views from the penthouse’s main living and dining areas.

Decision was made during last meeting with Stein Knutsen- Presiden of Firmus Group in Mielno. In result  Maciej Zień will create for Dune the most spectacular penthouse ever seen on the Polish coast and beyond with a total area of approximately 300 m2.
