The Firmus Group has just obtained an occupancy permit for the second building, which is the largest one in the planned three buildings in the complex. This means that further 153 apartments and a complex of swimming pools with a SPA zone have been completed.
As part of the DUNE Resort, 328 modern apartments and penthouses will be completed in total. The completion date for the whole project is scheduled for spring 2018.
Rezydencja Park Orła & Kopernika (Park Orła & Kopernika Residence) is an extension of the existing complex of buildings of Rezydencja Park (Park Residence) and Rezydencja Park Rodzinna (Park Rodzinna Residence), located close to the beach and the seafront.
The investor has already obtained the final building permits. Construction works are scheduled to commence in November 2017. As part of the project, the total of 24 modern apartments will be built. The expected date of implementation is the end of 2018.
The competition “Starting a company” is an initiative undertaken by the Mayor Piotr Jedliński to promote proactive attitudes and the development of the entrepreneurial spirit in Koszalin. The project is aimed at inculcating business thinking in young people.
Each participant in the competition must write a business plan about his/her idea for a business activity in Koszalin, presenting the development of the company from its basis up to its expected operation. Participants who present the most interesting and feasible business plan for a specific project will win the competition.
The deadline for submitting applications is 4 October 2017.

The official ticket selling began with an official press conference. The tickets serve as donations for the charity concert organised by the “Zdążyć z Miłością” Foundation. The Firmus Group is once again the main sponsor of the event.
This is the fourth concert organised by the “Zdążyć z Miłością” Foundation. The Foundation manages sheltered housing for single mothers in a difficult financial situation. The proceeds from the project will be earmarked for the renovation of the roof and attic in the tenement where the housing is located. A clubroom will be arranged there for the Foundation’s wards.
This year, Zakopower and Atom String Quartet will perfrom on stage. The price of the donation tickets for the concert, at PLN 120 and PLN 100, are available in the head office of the “Zdążyć z Miłością” Foundation and at the Koszalin Concert Hall’s cash desk.

Last Saturday, the area of Sportowa Dolina (Sports Valley) in Koszalin was captured by street basketball fans from all over Poland.
This is already the seventh edition of the event which the Firmus Group has supported practically since its beginning. The event, along with invited guests, was initiated by the President of the company – Stein Christian Knutsen.
This year’s competition was attended by 40 teams from all over Poland. This time Koneserzy Kwaśnych Jabłek was the best team, who after a hard-fought final defeated the last year’s winner, representatives of Słupsk’s street basketball – Penga Team. The third place was taken by the representatives of Ślady Zębów Na Kaszance. The 7th edition MVP award went to Maciej Piasecki. The awards on behalf of Firmus were presented by the representative of the company – Aneta Leśna.
The event was accompanied by a number of additional attractions. The Firmus Group, as the main sponsor of the event, prepared among others a unique zone of relaxation with deck chairs, attractions for children and First Aid Academy activities.
The 15th edition of the international mini basketball tournament in Koszalin has begun.
This year it is attended by 46 teams from all over Poland, i.e. a total of more than 700 young basketball players. Between 29 June and 10 July, young basketball players will practise under the supervision of qualified staff and will have a chance to test the new skills in the biggest tournament in our region. In their free time, the young sportsmen are invited to take part in numerous activities such as sightseeing trips or visit to the Water Fun Park.
The official opening of the festival was held on Tuesday in Hala Widowiskowo-Sportowa (Sports and Entertainment Hall) in Koszalin.

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Koszalin appreciated the extraordinary success, economic efficiency, innovation and social activities pursued by the company in the category of small business. The honourable mention was received by the representative of the Firmus Group Aneta Leśna.
The competition has been organised annually since 2002. As part of the 16th edition, 57 business entities applied for the award.
In early June 2017, the implementation of another building under the name Rezydencja Park Rodzinna (Park Rodzinna Residence) was completed.
The owners are happy to collect keys to the apartments they bought from the developer.
