At the end of the summer and summer holiday, construction works of the second part of the Dune Resort, that is Dune B, started. The main contractor, chosen through a tender procedure, Budimex SA, is committed to finish the investment project by 29 May 2017. Gleeds Polska, with which we cooperated during the construction of Dune A that was finished two years ago, is responsible for the material and financial supervision over all the works. Getin Noble Bank is the bank that once again handles the investment project in financial terms.

The first stage of the works includes the implementation of sheet piling that is to secure the trench, and this will take until the end August this year. Later on, it will be necessary to make a trench from which 23,000 cubic meters of excavated material (1650 tip trucks of ground) will be removed. At the same time, the trench will be dewatered since the building is founded 209 cm below the sea level.

At the end of September and beginning of October, the ground will be enforced in order to perform the foundation of the building. Concrete, from which almost 4 kilometre long anchoring columns will be constructed, will be pumped into 700 drilled holes of various diameters. Only then, after constructing the anti-water insulation, will it be possible to finish the foundation slab. The project expects those works to be finished on 4 December this year.

Walls of the underground floors and the ceiling are to be constructed until mid-March next year. The completion of the open raw state of the building is planned for 30 September, while the building shell (excluding the main communication routes) on 25 November 2016.

All of the offered apartments will be delivered on a turnkey basis, with bathrooms finished fully with sanitary whiteware, finished floors, ceramics and equipment in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

We are pleased to inform that, with the start of summer holiday, the first beach club in Mielno was launched. It is located next to the DUNE apartment building. It covers the floor area of over 2000 square meters. It has 4 zones that have been adjusted to the needs of various types of tourists who visit Mielno (including parents with children).

The club is the complementation of the offer made by Dune Restaurant Cafe Lounge that has been operating for a year. The club gives the opportunity to rent beach chairs, boxes and beach beds, but, above all, it will provide all the people with great fun in the entertainment zone and zone of sport activities just next to the Baltic Sea.

Krzysztof Głowacki, BCL manager, has the following opinion on the idea of the club: “This is a project particularly aimed at those tourists who have not found yet their own place of entertainment or leisure. We would like to offer them an opportunity to sunbathe in comfortable conditions as well as the highest quality food and entertainment, which will go high beyond the standards of many clubs in Polish resorts. How did we get the idea for such a club? Most certainly, our guests have seen such beaches during their visits to the Mediterranean or tropical countries. And, naturally, many of those people were wondering why there was no such developed infrastructure at the Polish seaside. We decided to fill this gap. We hope that our guests will leave Mielno satisfied and that they will remember the unique atmosphere of Dune Beach Club & Lounge for a long time. This will be our greatest prize we could get for the effort we have put in the organization of this club.”

Signing the contract with the general contractor of the Dune B apartment building is another significant milestone on the way to finish the long-term plans of the Firmus Group.

According to the agreement, Budimex SA is committed to deliver the building, which is the second stage of the Dune Resort complex, by the end of April 2017. Within the next two years, the third stage of the project, Dune C, will be launched. In total, the project will cover 350 apartments with a standard nowhere to be found in Poland, or maybe even in Europe.

Rezydencja Park Rodzinna, the seventh investment project carried out by Firmus, is entering the stage of earthworks and the developer starts the sale of holiday apartments that are planned in this residence.

Rezydencja Park Rodzinna is being constructed at ul. Orła Białego in Mielno. This apartment building is to have 32 (two or three bedroom) apartments with the floor area ranging from 36 to 53 square meters, and three apartments with 71 square meters of floor area. Each of the apartments will have a terrace or a large balcony (the floor area – depending on the apartment – will be 8 or 21 square meters). There will be a passenger lift in the building.

The current contractor, Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane KUNCER from Koszalin, after finishing the stage of foundation works, is raising the walls of the ground floor, on which 20 parking spaces will be located in the garage hall (additional 12 spaces will be outside, within the fenced area of the building).

According to the schedule, Rezydencja Park Rodzinna is to be completed in May next year.

The sixth investment of Firmus Group has been completed. Since beginning of May, the fourth and last building of the complex Rezydencja Park has been finished. Happy buyers can now move into their new apartments.

We started a new tradition. To share our information with media we decided to organize systematic press meetings.

The first took place this Monday (27 April) in Dune Restaurant Cafe Lounge. We had the opportunity to sum up our 15 years of operation in the region and discuss plans for the near future. The main points of discussion were: starting up the construction of an apartment building Rezydencja Park Rodzinna (Mielno) , tender for constructor on Dune B (Mielno) and launching our new project : Osiedle Norweskie (Koszalin , district Jamno).

The winner within 22 months will build an object with 151 luxury apartments, underground garage parking, spa with swimming pools and gastronomy part. The start of construction works is planned immediately after the long May weekend.

The tender procedure is being supported by Gleeds Polska, company we worked with during the first stage of the project. Gleeds will also provide construction supervision throughout the investment process .

Dune B is the second stage of the DUNE RESORT – apartment complex with a total usable area of the planned 33 thousand sq meters. In the future in addition to Dune B (151 apartments) there will also be constructed Dune C ( 80 suites). The entire complex will consist of  approx. 350 apartments of different sizes.
