He has a significant impact on shaping the image of the Firmus Group; responsible for maintaining good relations with local government authorities and non-governmental organizations at both local and national levels. Cezary holds a master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the Koszalin University of Technology, postgraduate studies in real estate brokerage, and an Executive Master of Business Administration directed at entrepreneurs and managers in 2021.
Privately, he is a handball enthusiast, involved in the sport for nearly 20 years. Currently, he serves as a delegate for the Handball Association in Poland. In his free time, he indulges in a recently discovered passion for running, testing his endurance through participation in long-distance races.
