MIERZEJA
Mierzeja is the first project on the Polish coast with such a huge investment scale.
It assumes the use of 36 hectares of land on the spit of Lake Jamno and the Baltic Sea, including 2.5 km of the coastline.
As part of the project, a five-star international-standard RESORT hotel with a conference center, several boutique and condo hotels and an apartment complex will be built.
Mierzeja will be a completely new tourist, recreational and business destination. An important element of the Mierzeja project will be a modern marina, accessible to sailors both from the sea and from Lake Jamno.
The project is in the process of master planning.
The Mierzeja design was awarded the main prize in a prestigious contest “MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards” in the Regeneration and Masterplanning category.
The concept beat designs prepared by the world’s best urban planning offices and the greatest players in the worldwide real estate market.
250 designs from all over the world were submitted – the Mierzeja design was the only one from Poland which was qualified.
