JAMNO

Jamno Bay is a future project with the potential to develop over 130 ha of land in the Koszalin, Jamno district.

As part of the planned investment, there will be, among others, residential and apartment facilities, resort-type hotels with full accompanying infrastructure (restaurants, conference rooms, wellness zones), public utility facilities and service and recreational buildings. An 18-hole professional golf course will also be an important element of the project.

Due to its unique location between the large urban area of Koszalin and the famous seaside resort – Mielno , Jamno Bay will make this place unique and incomparable to anything else on the Polish coast.

The project is in the process of master planning.
