With the Firmus Group since 2008, where he develops sales and marketing strategies for all real property development projects carried out by the Group in Mielno and Koszalin. He has a major impact on the image of the Firmus Group; he is in charge of maintaining good relations with local and national authorities and non-governmental institutions.
Cezary received his MA degree in Management and Marketing at the Koszalin University of Technology, he completed postgraduate real property agency studies, and a course in Executive Master of Business Administration for entrepreneurs and managers in 2021.
In his private life, he is a handball enthusiast. He has been involved in this sport for nearly 20 years. He currently performs the duties of a delegate of the Handball Association in Poland.
In his free time, he has recently discovered his passion for jogging and tests his endurance in running races.
Proxy
Aneta Leśna, Authorised Officer at the Firmus Group, the CEO’s chief assistant. In 2000, she began her career in the Firmus Group by accepting a personal invitation from Stein Knut, who saw a huge potential in her. Since her first days in the company, she has continuously expanded her competences and gained new knowledge of financial, tax and accounting matters as well as human resources management.
In 2009, she was promoted to the position of the Authorised Officer and manages the daily business of the Firmus Group. Aneta Leśna keeps saying: “In accounting and financial domains, it is necessary to renew and extend the knowledge all the time. Provisions of the law, procedures and requirements are constantly changing. Keeping up with changes is a prerequisite for the company’s security. Our principle is total reliability in every respect.
Aneta Leśna is a graduate of the Accounting Faculty at the Koszalin University of Technology and she also completed postgraduate studies in Accounting at the University of Szczecin. She has been certified Chief Accountant by the Accountants’ Association in Poland, Branch in Koszalin.

A graduate of the Koszalin University of Technology (major in Accounting and Finance) and the University of Szczecin (major in Accounting). Currently she is trained to become an expert auditor. She has been working in finance for 10 years in companies incl. automobile and construction industry.

A graduate of the Koszalin University of Technology, Faculty of Economics, major in Accounting and Finance. She completed postgraduate studies at the University of Szczecin (major in Consulting and Tax Accounting) and a number of tax courses organised by: Accounting Association and ISP Modzelewski, to name a couple. She has been certified an Independent Accountant by the Ministry of Finance.
For 11 years she has worked in accounting for one of the largest production companies in the Region of Pomerania and in the past two years as an acting independent accountant.

She has been with the Firmus Group since 2012, where she coordinates the implementation and investor’s supervision of the Group’s projects.
M.Sc. Eng. in construction, major in Building and Engineering Structures, she completed postgraduate studies in Real Property Management at the Koszalin University of Technology. An architecture technician, construction cost estimator, construction manager and building site inspector with construction licence to manage construction works without limitations, speciality: structure and construction. Since 2009, a member of the Western Pomeranian Chamber of Construction Engineers. A participant in numerous training courses in construction, architecture, design and real property.
Since joining the Firmus Group in 2012, she has been coordinating the implementation and investor’s supervision of the Group’s projects, including participation in the contractor selection process, analysis of construction costs, control of the proper implementation process, control of the quality and timeliness of the projects being carried out.
